Welcome to HurryUpAndDate, operated by Hurry Up and Date LLC. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HurryUpAndDate. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information in your profile
• You may not create accounts for others or transfer your account
• You may be asked to verify your email address for account security

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape data or create fake profiles
• Share another person's private information without consent

4. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, bio). By posting content, you grant HurryUpAndDate a limited license to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Safety & Reporting

HurryUpAndDate provides tools to block and report users who violate these Terms. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Users who repeatedly violate our rules may be permanently banned.

Important: HurryUpAndDate does not conduct background checks on users. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person for the first time.

6. Premium Features

Some features (such as additional Super Likes) may require a paid subscription in the future. Payment terms will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HurryUpAndDate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HurryUpAndDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of HurryUpAndDate after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where HurryUpAndDate is headquartered.
